Royal Mail wait 15 working days to declare a package lost, we will send you a replacement if you
haven't received it after 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK, 28 WORKING DAYS for the EU, or 40
WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world to make sure you go through minimum inconvenience.
