Single player was awesome and Special Ops is fun... but I bought this title for multiplayer... and it fails dismally.

For example, there are so many hacks and glitches on the 360 atm that it is dangerous to play... why dangerous? Well because you could join a game and be a level 70 commander... one kill later you get all your points taken from you and you are now back to a private 2nd class. Yes, the hackers have found out how to change the points awarded and they give you

-50,000 points per kill.

Just search "Modern Warfare 2 Negative XP" on youtube to see what I mean.

Infinity Ward really need to learn how to protect their games better... as it is, you take a risk every game you play atm, hence I am not playing the game I paid for as I don't want to get demoted. Now it is wait for IW to patch and then MS to clear it... and to think I bought a 360 because of its security measures... :(

this game is completly rubbish i played it for a couple of days completed the campagin which was good but was easy on veteran in a couple of days and then moved onto online play which was repetitive and boring there is to much going on for example one minute there could be an ac 130 then 3 helicopters at the same time shootin everyone to hell and back. you die every 3 seconds and the only good thing is the new perks. this game can only be described using words which i can not say on this and not good words either a definate DONT BUY!!nless your actually desperate to waste 40 pounds on a game where you will only enjoy it for 5 minutes.

This is a great game! Great campaign. Special ops are also so much fun! Shame there still isn't two player on live from the same console.. That brings me to my point about xbox live. Don't parents realise this game is an 18! Personally I don't like to hear 12 year old kids shout via their mic's and it to boom out of my tv.. Until they can sort this out, or offer me a permanent mute that doesn't take 30 seconds to do.... I'll still be disappointed by that.

This is probably (and I hate to admit it, wasn't a fan of WaW and CoD4 was lacking in some departments) the best FPS ever made. It's story mode is compelling, and the multiplayer is second to none. I'm a Gears of War 1 fan saying this, btw. Buy it.
