Making a change

Where do I start this game is stunning and the world is amazing. The feel is more arcade like compared to forza but it makes a nice change to just get in a car mod it abit no setups to play with and blast. The gameplay gives you plenty to do including speed cameras (who doesn't want to drive fast through a speed camera lol).
There is a multiplayer co-op challenge mode which is very good with a group of friends. Overal I would give this game 8/10

Car Packs Query

This game looks even better than Forza 4. I love the new take on racing and the tracks and backdrops are jaw-droppingly amazing. Looking forward to getting paid so I can buy this!

In Forza 4, the car packs allowed us to unlock certain cars but then we had to still buy them in-game. Paying for it twice in essence. Have they changed that? Would apppreciate if anyone can answer my question.
