As a way to thank our loyal ShopTo customers we are proud to offer a membership scheme that provides every user with a range of benefits and savings. As soon as you register with us you automatically become part of this scheme FREE OF CHARGE!

For the majority of purchases made through your ShopTo account you instantly receive 10 points for every £1 spent. The value of 100 points equates to £0.25 to redeem on any purchase. For example purchasing a game for £30 will earn you 300 points, which is the equivalent of £0.75 to spend on whatever you want, although that's not all.
Falling in line with the membership levels explained below anyone who is a Gold Member will have any points they earn doubled, while Silver Members will receive a multiplier of 1.5 on any points earned! Bronze members get no multiplier but are still rewarded with 10 points for every £1 spent. Your points balance is shown in your ShopTo account and you have the option of using these at checkout prior to every purchase.

All customers start at Bronze and work their way up to Silver and then Gold as they make more purchases.
There is also an additional membership level of Trader. This level is automatically applied to any account that we suspect may be trading. This prevents those who purchase from us just to re-sell receiving the same benefits that we want our genuine loyal customers to receive.
The initial purchase levels for membership are as follows:

Membership level will not effect when your pre-orders are processed. All pre-orders will continue to be processed in the order that they were placed and our Release Date or Compensate scheme applies equally to all levels.

Customers who purchase 30 or more unique products over a 12 month period will receive Gold Membership status. In order to maintain your Gold Membership you will need to purchase 30 products over the following 12 months or you will be downgraded to Silver. You can keep track of your purchase levels in your ShopTo account.
For every £1 spent a Gold Member will receive 10 points, which are then doubled. These points are credited to your account instantly and can be redeemed for discount on any future order during checkout. Special Prices: Special offers and prices just for our Gold Members.

Delivery Emergencies: In the event of a Royal Mail strike we will upgrade delivery of your purchase to a courier company free of charge to ensure you receive your item without delay.

Customers who purchase 12 or more and less than 30 unique products over a 12 month period will receive Silver Membership status. In order to maintain your Silver Membership you will need to purchase 12 products over the following 12 months or you will be downgraded to Bronze. You can keep track of your purchase levels in your ShopTo account.

The ShopTo membership scheme is free. Users are enrolled automatically upon registration. Gold, Silver and Bronze customer earn 10 points for every £1 spent on www.shopto.net. Gold customer have these points doubled and Silver customer receive a multiplier of 1.5 on them. Traders do not earn any points. Points are credited instantly after purchase and can be redeemed in exchange for money off any future purchase during check-out. Points cannot be redeemed once check-out has been completed.

For pre-orders points will be credited upon dispatch of your item. Where points earned do not equal a round number, they will be rounded up. You can view your points balance and a record of points spent and earned at any time in your ShopTo.Net account. Points can only be used for discount on the website and cannot be paid out in cash redemption value. Points cannot be transferred between accounts.

Points cannot be earned on carriage costs. If a Lost Parcel Claim Form is submitted for a refund or an item returned for a refund any points earned will be reversed. If you have already spent these points we will deduct them from the next points you earn.

Customer membership levels are at the discretion of ShopTo and purchase quantities required for Gold and Silver membership are subject to change. Trader status is at our discretion and our decision on this is final. ShopTo reserves the right to remove points from customer accounts in the event of abuse being identified or suspected.

Points earned are valid for 12 months from the day on which they are credited to your ShopTo account. Any points not used after 12 months from issue will be removed from your points balance.

A minimum order total of £3.00 is required in your basket to redeem membership points.

The ShopTo membership scheme is subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
