If your order total is above approximately £60 we will require payment through a 3-D secure credit / debit card. This is for security and fraud prevention reasons.
If you're a Bronze member and the item you're purchasing is eligible to apply your membership points against, you'll have the option to redeem them on the left hand side of the checkout page. You can then select how many points you wish to use and select apply. This will issue your discount, which can then be seen against the total price of your order. Silver and Gold members receive their discount automatically on checkout of eligible items.
If you have an available credit balance this will be automatically deducted at checkout of your next order. On checkout it will advise the credit balance to be used against the order and any difference you may have to pay through card / PayPal. If you have enough credit available to cover the full price of your item just select pay with card or pay with PayPal. This will process your order with no additional charges being made.
If your order is currently ‘processing’ this means it in being packed & labelled ready for dispatch. As the majority of our items are on our ‘5 minute dispatch’ facility they are usually packed / dispatched immediately after you have placed your order. If you contact customer support they will attempt to cancel this order for you though. If this can’t be cancelled we are happy for you to return this item back to us for a full refund as per our returns policy.
You can view your orders by clicking the ‘Account’ button at the top right hand side of the website. Once your account section loads click the ‘ORDERS’ button to view your order history. Here you will be able to find detailed information on each order made such as the delivery address and cost of it.
Our pre-payment facility on pre-orders is for the convenience of our customers and would not affect the dispatch time of your pre-order. Our pre-orders are generally dispatched all together once stock arrives in.
If a pre-paid pre-order has been cancelled your payment will be automatically credited back to your ShopTo account. This credit will then be used automatically against your next transaction with us. Please contact our customer service team if you wish for this to be refunded with full terms and conditions found at the bottom of this page.
For every pre order of an unreleased product you place with us, you will automatically qualify for a £5.00 store credit should we fail to deliver this product on time with First Class Signed For Delivery. Full information on this can be found here
To cancel a pre-order please go to your pre-order list found in your 'ACCOUNT' section. Locate the pre-order you wish to cancel and pre the ‘cancel pre order’ button. If pressed your pre order will be removed from your pre-order list and a confirmation of pre-order cancellation will be emailed to you.
To pre-order with PayPal we will also require payment to be made immediately. You will be given the option to do this when clicking the pre-order button.
Sometimes between pre-ordering an item and its dispatch a product’s price can change. With our pre-orders we have a price guarantee should the price of an item increase after you’ve placed your pre-order with us. This means we will honour the original price and the price you pay will be listed in your pre-order list.
If we reduce a pre-order in price we will also automatically reduce the cost of your pre-order to this as well. Please note in the event of an obvious pricing error this would not apply and we will notify you of this via e-mail. Our decision on if to honour a price in these circumstances is final.
