Back to the future the video game has been given a date for the final installment into the 5 part story. Called Outatime the game will round up the episodic series in whats hoped to be an explosive and epic ending.

Michael J. Fox will voice two unannounced cameo roles in the final episode – re-teaming with Doc. voice actor Christopher Lloyd. It has been stated however, that Fox will not be voicing any past, present or future McFly family members.

Bob Gale the screenplay writter for the films had this to say “The voyage of contributing to the creation of Back to the Future: The Game has been a fantastic one…I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Telltale Games to continue a story i helped to create 25 years ago in an entirely new medium, and to do so with iconic members of the original cast”

CEO of Telltale Games Dan Connors continues:

“Fans have completely embraced Back to the Future: The Game and it has quickly become our most successful game to date. Because the series finale promises to be something extraordinary, we are offering the first episode free of charge up until launch of the finale on June 23 to encourage all Back to the Future fans who haven’t yet joined in on the episodic game series to jump in and get caught up prior to June 23.”

Episode 5 “Outatime” will be released June 23rd on PC and Mac with Ipad and Playstation 3 following shortly after.
