Maroon 5′s Adam Levine sues Activision

Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine is suing Activision over his inclusion in 2009′s Band Hero, according to a report made by Reuters.

Levine agreed for Maroon 5′s ‘She Will be Loved’ to be included in the game’s soundtrack and was happy to perform the track in-game, but the star has now filed a lawsuit against Activision, after realising that his motion-captured avatar can be used to perform the songs of other artists, using an array of different voices.

The musician is apparently suing Activision for fraudulent inducement, breach of contract, violation of the common-law right of publicity, and unfair business acts or practices.
