3D gaming may not have taken off quite as fast as Sony would have liked, however that’s not stopping the company from trying and just to prove a point, Sony has revealed that it’ll be releasing a new Virtual headset in Japan later this year.
The headset, which was first revealed at CES earlier this year, includes two 720p OLED screens, both capable of 2D and 3D output.
interestingly the press release states that the device is not suitable for children under 15, while also revealing that sudden movement may cause motion sickness. Still, if you have 60,000 yen (£480) to spare then this could be the device for you.
It does look familiar though, doesn’t it?
