Latest charts, w/e Sept 4 – Deus Ex fights off Driver

This week’s latest charts are in and despite some strong competition from the excellent Driver: San Francisco, last week’s number one, Deus Ex, is still top of the pile.

Ubisoft’s Driver: San Francisco, this week’s top new entry came straight in at number two, with 53 per cent of sales on Xbox 360 and 46 per cent on PS3.

Elsewhere, other new entries include EA’s Madden NFL 12 and Codemasters FPS, Bodycount, although the latter only managed to place 36th, which will no doubt disappoint the publisher.

It’s an interesting week ahead with the release of Resistance 3, Dead Island, Space Marine, Starfox and NHL 12, so expect a shake up at the top next week.
