343 Industries has revealed how the Kinect features in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition will work.
The news comes out of ComicCon which took place over the weekend.
As reported by to IGN, there will be many ways to use Kinect with the game. First, you’ll be able to use your voice to switch between the classic visual mode of ten years ago and the HD graphics, while you will also be able to reload and throw grenades in this way too.
Secondly, you’ll be able to access the game’s new Analyse Mode. Here you will be able to scan various parts of the gaming environment, such as vehicles, enemies, NPC’s and weapons by using a voice command, before then being able to analyse them further using Kinect.
The Kinect features are optional, so if you don’t have the device then you needn’t worry.
