If you’re anything like me and didn’t really appreciate the concept of Final Fantasy, until you heard every single JRPG gamer in the entire world raving about Final Fantasy 7, then you’ve probably overlooked the earlier titles. And while some fans/converts, including myself, would eventually move Heaven and Earth to uncover these treasures in one desperate form or another, it’s quite possible that some of you have missed out. Let’s correct that atrocity, shall we?
PlayStation 3 owners who have access to the PSN Store, may already be familiar with the fact that Final Fantasy 7, 8 and 9 are up for grabs at the bargain price of only £7.99 each. And if you downloaded those three titles and enjoyed them, then you’ll definitely want to try these on for size:
Final Fantasy I, originally released way back in 1987, will become available to download on the 16th of February, and the second title aptly named Final Fantasy II, will follow shortly on the 2nd of March. Both games are coming in at £7.99, and take it from me, they’re worth every penny and more.
