Along with countless other problems I’m a massive RPG addict, and this costly and time-consuming obsession has since overflowed into a love of anything even remotely related to RPGs. Especially anything bearing the name Final Fantasy. For instance, I bought a PSP simply because of Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core, one of the best PSP games I have EVER played, and then discovered Final Fantasy: Dissidia shortly after.
For those of you who have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about, Final Fantasy: Dissidia is a Hack ‘n’ Slash, Beat ‘em up, RPG, Fighting Mash up, containing a myriad of Final Fantasy’s best and most beloved characters, and some crap ones that nobody cares about. Ever wondered who’d win in a fight between Tidus and Cloud? Well that’s obvious, but if you severely lack imagination, Dissidia can let you test it out virtually!
For those of you who do know what I’m talking about, and are in desperate need of some Final Fantasy related portable goodness, you’ll be pleased to hear that FF: Dissidia 2 has been confirmed, although at the moment it’s actually called Dissidia 012: Duodecim Final Fantasy (what the….?) and is said to feature characters from Final Fantasy 1 through 13, and yes, a very bouncy Tifa Lockheart has apparently joined the fray!
The featured debut trailer is in Japanese, but just look at the pretty moving pictures, ok?
