The PlayStation Vita will be able to handle multiple accounts, if you have more than one memory card.
We were reluctant to publish the previous story, which stated that the Vita was bound to one account, as it was translated from Japanese, however it seems Sony’s Crystal MacKenzie has cleared things up, telling Wired that multiple accounts on Vita will be possible, if you have more than one memory card.
“Your PSN ID is bonded to your memory card and your memory card is bonded to your Vita,” MacKenzie said. “So if you wanted to change different PSN users but use the same memory card, you would need to go factory reset.”
This means that gamers will be able to share the same system, if they have their own memory card. Also, if you have more than one memory card, you can register a different PlayStation Network account on each.
