Nintendo reveals 2012 release schedule

Nintendo has dated some of its biggest games for next year, helping to build up some anticipation for Wii, DS and 3Ds owners.

Most of the titles on the list are for the 3DS, with big names such as Resident Evil: Revelations, Kid Icarus, Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater and Proffesor Layton, all down for release.

The Wii seems to have a lack of big name titles, with only The Last Story really sticking out from our perspective, although the Wii U is on the way, so maybe this explains why.
