Ubisoft’s today confirmed Assassin’s Creed III for release on October 30 this year.
The publisher gave the date via a financial call to investors today, with Ubisoft boss Yves Guillemot revealing the game has been in development for three years.
“We will push the title a lot because it’s a fantastic product that the team has been working for three years,” he said. “What we have seen is just fabulous.”
Not many other details are know at the moment, although all we know at the moment is that it’ll start a new protagonist.
Locations such as Egypt, China, and America during the Revolutionary period have been rumoured for the setting, however nothing concrete came out of the call.
We assume the game will be released on PC, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U and possibly PS Vita.
