THQ’s game boss Danny Bilson has told Ripten that Darksiders 2 will not be shipped before it’s done.
Speaking in an interview with the site, Bilson said in response to questions of a delay that “We haven’t announced anything, but the team is working really, really hard. We’re not going to ship it before it’s done.”
Bilson also added, “Darksiders II is looking really, really good. It’s a huge game. It looks like… I don’t want to give the exact amount of hours of gameplay… but it’s a very, very lengthy and involved campaign. We’re going to give that team everything they need to make it as good as it can be.”
It’s already being suggested that developer Vigil has requested more time to work on the action adventure, so if this is the case then it seems like we can expect a delay.
We can’t wait to play, but if waiting a little longer mean a better game, then we’d be all for it.
