SCEE have added a new pre-order feature to the PSN Store today, allowing you to buy a game and download it ahead of release. The game will then unlock at on release date, much like what currently happens when you pre-order a game on Steam.
We aren’t sure quite why you’d want to do this, other than saving a few minutes of your time, but it’s there, so why not use it?
TSA is reporting that Sorcery is the first game to offer this functionality, so if you fancy, you can pay for it and download it as soon as the store updates.
