VG247 is claiming that Sony is to announce a cloud gaming deal with either Gaikai or OnLive at E3, which will allow gamers to steam games on PlayStation hardware.
Rumours are going around at the moment that this could be related to tweets by Sony employees, which seem to be urging people to sign up to PlayStation Plus, meaning that this service could be for those who pay for the subscription service.
If details of this rumour are true, it could mean that Plus owners will be able to stream brand new PS3 and PS Vita on their machine, giving them a great way to test out games.
It’ll be interesting to see if this rumour is in any way true. We imagine E3 will hold the answers.
