Call of Duty: Elite now has over 12 million registered users.
The news comes from Activision’s latest financial report, which only reveals that only 2.3 million gamers pay for the premium service.
Elite has provided those who are members of the service with plenty of timed exclusive, free DLC, although those who don’t pay have been left waiting at least a month for the same content.
In the same respect, PS3 and PC owners who are members of Elite still need to wait for the content after it’s been released on Xbox 360, which does seem to defeat the purpose of paying to get DLC first.
Still it has 12 million users, so we doubt Activision are complaining.
