Bethesda Softworks' Pete Hines has revealed that patch 1,7 for Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, is finally become available to PS3 owners as early this week.
The European update was due to arrive soon after the North American update, however an unexplained delay occurred meaning that European PS3-owning fans of the game had to wait.
Now that patch 1.7 is finally set to arrive on PS3, perhaps it won't be long until the arrival of Dawnguard, the first expansion for the game, which arrived on Xbox 360 and PC but was held back on Sony's system due to "performance issues."
The 1.7 update for the PS3 version of Skyrim actually combines version 1.6 and 1.7 into one super patch, although just how "super" remains to be seen.
