Hearthfire DLC announced for Skyrim

Bethedsa has just announced Hearthfire, the next official game add-on for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Hearthfire allows you to purchase land and build your own home from the ground up - from a simple one-room cottage to a sprawling compound complete with armory, alchemy laboratory, and more. Locations available sprawl from the salt marshes of Hjaalmarch, the forests of Falkreath, or the vast tundra of The Pale.

Once you have your own home you'll then be able to expand it with a variety of room combinations including an armory, alchemy tower, kitchen, trophy room and more. You'll also be able to grow plants in your new greenhouse, cultivate slaughterfish in the fish hatchery, house your Arcane Enchanter in the enchanting tower, or display your latest conquest in the trophy room. Finally you can also add stables, mills, smelters, gardens and more.

Settled? Then why not start a family, adopt children and lead a normal life, albeit one with the occasional dragon.

There is loads more to the DLC too, although you'll find that out soon as Hearthfire will be available for download for 400 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE on September 4.

and as expected, PS3 gamers will probably not get this DLC. The Cell Processor seems to bring many negative issues for developers, I am wondering if similar situation are going to appear when new generation consoles come out, hopefully not. Lets all hope that Dishonored will be ported into PS3 without any problems.

Please describe the nature of the abuse:
