Dishonored gets 'Inception' dev diary

Bethedsa has today released the first in a series of developer documentaries for Dishonored.

In the video, which you can see above, the camera goes behind the scenes with the team at Arkane as they discuss the concept and creation of Dishonored, and provide insights into developing its unique world.

It's fair to say that Dishonored is probably one of our most highly anticipated games of the year, thanks to its intriguing storyline and unique gameplay style.

Dishonored releases in Australia and Spain on October 11, 2012 and throughout Europe on October 12, 2012. If you're just as excited about the game then you can pre-order below.

This looks like it could be a very good game. Something a little bit different to what's currently on the market, and we all know Steam Punk is cool. I'm with Cloudedpaul though, i'm a little bit wary of the game given it's from Bethedsa and they're recent games have been just a little on the buggy side on PS3.

Bethesda releasing next DLC for Skyrim when the previous one is not yet out for PS3. And Bethesda said that they are working hard on resolving this issue but they are not sure if they can. Possibly the PS3 gamers will not see the DLSs for Skyrim. This is troubling, not the first company/developer which had problems porting games or contect over to PS3. Many companies do not like the PS3 due to their Cell processor and they have to recode everything when porting games into the PS3. However, most of the liablity is on the developer, solution is always there and it is the gamers who suffer. Mainly because of Skyrim and I am very sceptic about Dishonored, and I will be waiting for reviews and how the game plays on PS3, until then I will not make the purchase.
