EA Season Ticket arrives at last for EU PS Users

EA Sports has finally released it's Season Ticket for PSN in Europe.

Last year the Season Ticket was released on PSN in the US and on Xbox LIVE, worldwide, however it failed to materialise in Europe, for some unexplained reason.

EA Sports Season ticket costs 19.99 GBP and gives you three day early access to EA Sports titles such as NHL, FIFA and Madden. Other benefits include free DLC (such as Ultimate Team packs), as well as up to 25 percent discounts off premium DLC.
The three day pass is probably the big draw here, since it allows you to download the full game and gives you access ahead of release. Once the three days are up, the game will then be unplayable, unless of course you have paid to unlock the full title.

Do you feel there is any value in this pack considering the cost? Let us know.

It seems like a massive rip-off, especially when shopto sends the games 2-3 days before release day anyway! and will be waaaaaay cheaper than what it will be for sale on PSN

It seems like a good deal to me considering your also get free ultimate team packs as well which are pricey to buy on their own.

I've paid for it as I get the games anyway. It now enables me to get FIFA on the 22nd, 6 days before. I also get 25 UT packs, so that makes it 48 packs overall with Ultimate Edition. I'll get NHL aswell a week before to try it out. When Madden 14 comes out I'll get it early and I'll also get Tiger Woods early, so I can see what the full games are like before depositing hard cash on the series. Good value really when you think of it. Just wish Madden UT got the packs aswell as the XBOX did.

Sorry for the delays posting the news this morning. We have stories written, its just that there are a few tech issues. Hopefully it'll all be live soon.

What a waste of time just to play games 3 days earlier. As I order all my stuff from shopto a lot of the stuff gets to me a bit earlier some times so I wont be taking advantage of this product.

It's one of those things that completey subjective. It's seems like a rip-off to some but is great value to others. If I was a big EA sports fan and bought all the different franchise games they have then it's probably good value, plus extra's like "free" DLC make it no different to season passes in other games, it may even be better value than those if, like I said before, you buy a lot of the sports games.
