We all know EA's upcoming Command & Conquer: Generals 2 is going free-to-play, however that isn't going to stop it from getting support for solo-minded players.
In an interview with Polygon, EA Labels Boss, Frank Gibeau, revealed that the publisher is planning to bring as good an experience as it can to players, be they online or off.
"The beauty of free-to-play, is that we can adjust and adapt to what we're hearing," he explained. "It's a very different model because you don't have to build as much. You build in response to your audience."
Gibeau didn't offer any additional details on how the game's microtransaction pricing will work, but confirmation of single player will no doubt ease some of the long term fans fears.
