LittleBigPlanet Vita receives new patch

Sony's released a new patch for LittleBigPlanet on PS Vita (v1.2).

The latest patch improves Cross-Buy functions, meaning if you own previous content from LittleBigPlanet 1, 2 or LBP PSP, then you'll be able to download this on the Vita version*.

*I've tried downloading some costumes which I own from the previous games, however they don't seem to be available at this time. A pop up menu does confirm that this option will be available though, so I'd expect this to work come the games official launch, or at least after the store update tomorrow.

In addition to the above, another patch was also release late last week (v1.1), improving the following:

- Minor level fixes
- Slight changes to some menus
- Improved performance and graphics
- Activity stream now easier to use
- Fixes to skill rewards on level badges
- Fixes to skill rewards when copying levels to My Moon

LittleBigPlanet Vita is out this week, pre-order below. Read our review here.

I'm stuck in such a dilemma... Do I purchase the game straight from Shopto... Or do I get a PSN card from here and get a digital copy for likely more... :/ I neeeeeeeeed this game!

I never really liked or could get into little big planet. Doesn't really have much of a fun factor compared to other games out there I'm afraid.

Im seriously more hyped for this then i was for LBP 2 because of the touch screen adding more innovative and refreshing ways to play! We've already seen an air hockey type game..never ending gameplay ideas from users is what im looking forward too!

Patched before my copy even turned up. Definitely can't complain there, as really looking forward to this so really nice that they're making sure costumes from previous games are working for the official launch day. =D

Its nice they are showing support for other versions of the game on different formats its nice when games do that gives a little reward for supporting the series
