New Super Mario Bros 2 DLC announced


Nintendo Japan has detailed new add-on content for New Super Mario Bros 2.

The same content is expected to be released in the west and consists of the following coin rush add ons.

- Ippatsu Shoubu de Dokidoki Pack (very difficult course)
- Gold Mario Go! Go! Go! Pack (try and get 30,000 coins)
- Kiroku ni Challenge! A Pack (get as many coins as possible)

Super Mario Bros 2 is available now.

I assume/hope this is free. It's a great little game, but I'm not going to pay extra unless there's new worlds for it.

Could just be a case of trial and error until they get it right after all it is there first game with DLC is it not so hopefully they will get it right, at least its not Yoshi armour :)

This may just replace Horse Armour as the most over-priced DLC ever. But it's Nintendo, so everyone will obviously buy it.

My how Nintendo have changed their views on the online marketplace in a few short years. The prices they charge on the eShop for retail 3DS games is obscene.

True, kevin must have conveniently missed the recent article about Sony charging full RRP for digital copies of games in their new Day One program. He does like to bash Nintendo though.
