PES 2013 dated for Wii, PS2 and PSP; 3DS version to follow

Konami has announced PES 2013 release dates for the Wii, PS2 and PSP, while a 3DS version is to follow.

PES 2013 will be released for PS2 and PSP on Thursday October 25 in Europe and October 26 in the UK.

Wii owners can get hold of the game from November 15 in Europe and November 16 in the UK, while 3DS owners will get their copy, "shortly afterwards."

Both the Wii and 3DS versions will utilise touch and motion controls.

Strange decision, the Wii and PSP are pretty much dead consoles, and the PS2 most certainly is. I would have thought they would be better off using the resources to make a Wii U and Vita version.

Huh, I didn't realise any games were getting releases on the PS2 at all these days. I'm sad to see the poor thing go but its not getting the attention it deserves. I think its time to put the poor thing to rest

You can get FIFA 13 for the PS2 as well I think there the only games that come out anymore for the PS2.

Haven't even heard of pes in years! My favourite football game will always be TIF! (This is football) However it discontinued about 8 years ago :(. It was great though, you could create and customise you own entire team and put them into a career mode.

I used to like This is football as well it was very good the commentary wasnt too bad either and had most players names and teams licences.
