Next Skyrim DLC named 'Dragonborn' adds Dragon Mounting

A new report suggests that the next Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim DLC will be called Dragonborn.

Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim PC players have found numerous references to "DLC2" and "Dragonborn" within the game's files. In addition, the uncovered files also hint at dragon mounting and a return to Morrowind.

Dragonborn has already been trademarked for use as DLC by Bethedsa parent company Zenimax, so it's certainly possible that at least some of this information will turn out to be true.

As you no doubt know, Xbox 360 and PC players have already been treated to two Skyrim DLC packs in the form of Dawnguard and Hearthfire, so this should be a welcome addition.

Poor PS3 owners, meanwhile, are still waiting, will Bethedsa ever sort that one out?

Me too, if I had known of all the issues I would definitely have got it for 360 instead. It's basically faulty product.

I never got around to finishing Skyrim, just found it to be abit boring & repetitive. But this sounds quite interesting...

Skyrim has just been sat on my shelf for a while now, completed the main story and dawnguard so hopefully this DLC will get it back into my xbox again.

I just bought Skyrim, morrwind and oblivion on PC, so I no longer have to worry about when the DLC will arrive on PS3! This news is great in the fact that another DLC is likely to come, but if it's *just* dragon riding then it's not going to be very good, I expect a storyline or more bonuses to go along with this.

Ugh still nothing on the ps3 version getting the dlc... -_- makes me think this is a hoax as 1.8 isn't out on ps3 to my knowledge and I'd hope they didn't update the pc version using files for the ps3 lol based on how my copy runs on the ps3 poor PC players if they have... but as Dawnguard etc aren't even here yet...

well this will give me a excuse to start playing Skyrim again, shame about PS3 owners though, they always seem to get the short end of the stick when it comes to DLC.

I've been itching for more Skyrim dlc and always thought how awesome it would be to ride a dragon so this makes me one happy camper :D
