Roll out of new PlayStation Store postponed

Looking for the new PS Store? Well unless you are in Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, UAE, Kuwait , Qatar, India, Israel or South Africa, then you are going to have to wait.

The above countries are the ones which already have the store, if however you are in the UK or any countries which are not listed above, then due to an issue with payment and slow loading times, roll out has been postponed for the time being.

"The phased launch of the new PlayStation Store has been temporarily postponed in some territories as teething issues related to the global roll-out of the Store are being addressed and resolved," says a post on the official forum.

"It is really important to us that the best possible Store experience is delivered and we appreciate your patience as we resolve these matters."

I had it, it was a bit rubbish and slow and wouldn't let me download the beta of Allstars so glad they dropped it till it works properly.

Sony actually delayed launching something because it was slow I dont believe I mean it only takes 2 and a half days 2 watch a ps3 to download a game and then a further 13 hours to install it, I dont think Sony understand the meaning of slow....PS plus is sweet though

Yeah, sort of get used to UK getting things 1st; wonder if SCEE has done it on purpose as usually other conutries complain that UK gets stuff before them and USA and the store is coming to UK and USA seemingly last-although it could purely just be down to traffic, like USA is likely to cause the most when it launches; still they've already mentioned they make the store in english, and the ps blog posts then have people translate it; so weird we don't have it after all Australia etc are english speaking and they have it...
