Treyarch's senior game design director, David Vonderhaar has revealed some new multiplayer information for next month's Call of Duty: Black Ops II.
On Twitter yesterday, Vonderhaar revealed that you can now prestige guns within the game's multiplayer and not only that, you'll be able to prestige each gun twice.
He was later asked, "If weapon XP converts to next prestige, will you have to prestige your weapon or will it go back down to zero or stay at max?" Vonderhaar replied, "Stays where we it was. Weapon level and weapon prestige level totally independent of your level. Not reset by level prestige."
Call of Duty: Black Ops II is out November 13th, that's 25 days away! You can preorder your copy at ShopTo today. All preorders include the Nuketown 2025 map and exclusive access to the first Double XP Multiplayer weekend.
