Minecraft tops Xbox LIVE Activity Charts

Microsoft's 'Major Nelson' has revealed the latest Xbox LIVE Activity charts and for the first time it's Minecraft which tops the lot.

Despite Modern Warfare 3 and FIFA normally eating up people's online play time, it seems like the steam roller that is Minecraft is grabbing people's attention more than most.

Minecraft recently reached the 4 million copies sold mark, so perhaps it's no surprise to see it doing so well.

Amazing game. The ultimate time-sink, I've never had so much fun doing nothing. Wish they'd get some servers going. Wouldn't be surprised to see it as a 720 launch title with persistent servers.
