Blazing Griffin announces The Ship. Funding drive Kickstarts on Monday

Blazing Griffin has announced that its Kickstarter for The Ship: Full Steam Ahead will commence from the 31st October 2012, detailing a full list of rewards for donations and a rather original pitch video.

The Ship: Full Steam Ahead is the long awaited sequel to The Ship, a refreshingly original multiplayer online murder game in which its passengers are tasked with hunting down and killing other passengers, all the whilst being hunted themselves.

The Ship: Full Steam Ahead will be looking to take the same humour and action from the first game and add even more visual flair, placing it in a Victorian-era steam- punk setting. More details and videos to follow on the Kickstarters official start date.

But for now here's a teaser image.

Never heard of this series, but it certainly sounds interesting. I might have to look into this project.

Sounds like quite a fun and quirky idea for a game, If I had some spare cash I would be more than willing to put forward some donations to it. I've always liked the idea of the Kickstarter programme.

I'd heard of the original but never played, definitely interested in this though. Article could do with a link to the kickstarter site though.
