Rockstar delays plans for second GTA V trailer due to Hurricane Sandy

It seems Rockstar had planned to release the second trailer for Grand Theft Auto V this week, but due to the extreme weather, destruction and loss of power faced by most of New York, the release has been pushed back.

Rockstar published this comment on their website regarding the delayed trailer:

We are working on a second trailer - unfortunately Hurricane Sandy has derailed our plans somewhat but we will have something to show soon. It's hard to be precise as we have no power whatsoever in our New York office. We hope everyone else in affected areas is doing okay.

That's a shame but completely understandable. Hopefully next week then instead.

Important thing is to get back up and running and make sure everything is okay. The trailer can wait.

Wow, it's been just over a year since the first trailer for GTA V! I can't wait for the second one, Rockstar can take however long they want with it though. I'll only become extremely excited after they release this second trailer, I bet, mainly because I think they'll be showing off more of the new mechanics and things to do, as the first trailer heavily focused on the world.
