Borderlands 2 coming to Mac

Aspyr Media is to bring Borderlands 2 to the Mac.

The publisher, which has previously converted titles such as  Call of Duty: Black Ops, Rage, and Civilization 5. seems to be looking forward to seeing Gearbox's smash title on Apple machines.

"Aspyr prides itself on bringing the best in gaming to the Mac audience," said Aspyr vice president Ted Staloch. "Borderlands 2 is definitely among the best. Most sequels have a hard time living up to the first, but Borderlands 2 manages to improve on every cool aspect of Borderlands, and still finds a way to wrap the player up in a new story with a new experience."

Do you have a Mac? How do you feel about the impending arrival of Borderlands 2.

I have a mac and it's good to see more games coming to they system, especially as Macs are becoming more and more popular for everyday use now, and not just by the likes of us graphic designers.

I love BL2 and played it to death on PS3, until my level 50 character with around 20,000 badass points and 7 gold keys and lost them all due to the game glitching it on me. Since then I haven't loaded it up once. If it were fixed, I'd be back on it within the blink of an eye, as it truly is a masterpiece, and it's great to hear Mac users will be able to get in on the action too.
