No release outside Japan is planned, and you can't even import thanks to Nintendo's archaic region locking practices on their consoles.

We normally find out if it is coming to Europe after the Jap release and it is normally at least a year between Jap and Euro versions going on the games history.

Yep, I'd guess that this will be coming to Europe eventually, and they will be giving us MH3 Ultimate in the meantime to fill the gap.
