Japanese Charts, Dec 10 - Dec 16: 3DS dominates

This week's Japanese charts are in and despite the Wii U only being two weeks old and a resurgance in sales from PS3 and PS Vita, the Nintendo 3DS still managed to outsell every other system's combined sales.

What a week it's been for the 3DS, shifting a mightily impressive 319.025 units, truly incredible stuff. In fact it even surpassed the figure for Wii U's launch, selling more than Nintendo's flagship console did when it released last week.

On the software side 3DS rules as you would expect, with Level 5's Inazuma Eleven topping the charts, while the new Animal Crossing title takes second spot. Continuing the 3DS dominance is Paper Mario in third spot, while Yakuza 5 takes fourth for PS3 and New Super Mario Bros U gives the Wii U some hope in fifth place.

Around a 60 percent fall for Wii U in week two in Japan, the one market Nintendo are the most reliant on by far. Yeah, nothing to worry about there I'm sure.

Almost as predictable as your tediously incessant anti Nintendo rubbish.

Actually no, nothing is that predictable.

Well, at least I can keep my observations and opinions on topic and free from nastiness towards other site users. Behaviour like yours would result in an account suspension of some sort on an actual forum y'know.

On an actual forum I'd be able to block trolls like you too, so I wouldn't have to see your pathetic little jibes all the time.

Why so much hate little man, or are you just unhappy that a company that like to put new and interesting stuff out rather than the next shooter 101, or forsaken turismo 15.
PrometheusFan's avatar
Nothing new or interesting about any of it though, is there? Quite the opposite in many ways in fact.
