January is generally a quiet month when it comes to new releases, however there are a few titles arriving this month which may deserve your attention.
So what's on the way? Well first up is SEGA's Anarchy Reigns. Originally released in Japan back in July, this is one that Westerners have been crying out for ever since. For those who don't know it's an online beat em up by the team at Platinum Games, so that information alone should be enough to convince you that this is one to watch.
What else is new? Well, we finally see the arrival of Ninja's Theory's take on Devil May Cry, which from what we've played so far is an action packed, albeit slightly different approach to the classic series (our review will arrive closer to release).
Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch is another title which arrives this month and is once again a pretty highly anticipated game. Gamers have been raving about how great this Namco title looks for months, so we'll finally get to see if it lives up to the hype.
So what of Nintendo's brand new Wii U console? Where are the games? Well, there is one title being released this month which may appeal to those who like to stretch their vocal chords - Sing Party. This sees the lead singer follow the lyrics on the gamepad, while those watching the tv are given their own lyrics and dance moves to perform. Exciting huh?
So that's January's highlights? Anything above appeal to you?
