Didn't a couple of new Wii U games come out last week(Ninja Gaiden and something else)? Neither one managed to make the top 40. Wow... I can remember when the 360 came out in November 2005 and it's first release of 2006 was also a Team Ninja game (DOA4)... And that went straight in at number one on the charts.

I know, even some games on the 3DS should be on the list. Even how old the PS3 and Xbox are, you would think the Wii U would be doing better...

There are three 3DS games in the lower half of the chart. All Mario games. Also, it's not a surprise the Wii U isn't doing as well as the PS3 and 360, but it IS a surprise it's doing quite as badly as it is right now. Don't think anyone was expecting the level of consumer disinterest for the console that's been seen.

That'll change when Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, and Rayman Legends are released in the next few months.

Sales of previous games for both of those franchises would suggest otherwise.

Also GTA4 & Episodes are both in the charts too, as good as those games are, how are they still selling enough to get into the charts?

Ninja Gaiden came out last week. And I believe was already experiencing shortages. I planned on picking it up but Shopto put it on back order straight away. HMV didn't stock it. Game had five copies priced at £49.99. Finally got it from Grainger Games at £35. They said they got about 2 copies in when ordered ten. But makes sense to me that it's not doing well anyways. Was a launch title for the Americans and the reviews for it weren't too great. I only got it for the Dead or Alive girls

Would rather see Fifa sat at the top of the perch rather than COD. Very surprised that need for speed is still sat so high though.

Well, it's a great game and it had a big price cut a couple of weeks ago, so it's no surprise to see it doing so well.

It's still roughly £20. I thought it was quite boring so yeh it is a surprise to me.

I see Anarchy Reigns at 16. Now who was it that said Anarchy wouldn't be on this list to me? Feel free to speak up

Woo-hoo, XCOM still up there! (Some free DLC out in case people didn't know, just adds some extra options but adds some more re-playability).

Surprised to see Halo 4 still in the top 5; it's online population has been dwindling fast

Yeh i agree, i used to love Halo but i'm really not too fussed about this one. i can't quite put my finger on it but it's one of the least enjoyable Halo games i had played. I dunno if you have played the story but the ending was extremely lack-luster.

Yeah, I've played it. I'm a huge Halo fan, but one can't help but feel Halo is getting progressively worst. How it' currently Microsoft's most expensive game I'll never know

Angry birds trilogy.... really? didnt think anybody would pay £20 plus for a game that costs 69p on a phone. Strange that gran theft auto 4 is up there but i suppose everybody is getting into the hype of Grand theft auto 5 right about now.
