Ghostbusters arrives on iOS

Who you gonna call? Well, no-one if you are playing the latest Capcom release on your mobile. Yes, the publisher has sneakily released a new Ghostbusters game on iOS and even better, it's free-to-play.

Ghostbusters basically takes you with recruiting new members before going on to tackle supernatural foes across New York. Combat occurs in real-time and the game also allows you to unlock new equipment, squad members and abilities.

There are in-app purchases obviously, but don't let that put you off.

in app purchases are OK i guess but normally once you get so far you are seriously stunted and most time cannot continue. I'm an android user so unless this ports across i won't get to play it anyway

Do love me some ghostbusters (there was a great game on the spectrum). Although like pyroloveridge I'm an android user so can't try this at the moment.

Maybe I'm just weird, but I'd love to see the old Spectrum version updated and released for iOS and Android instead. That was, quite simply, the best Ghostbusters game I've ever played (though, I did also enjoy the PS3/Xbox360 version). Pimping out your choice of vehicle in that was a pre-cursor to Need for Speed: Underground, I'm telling you! ;)

Looks similar, but MUCH updated, to the old Ghostbusters game I had on Spectrum years ago. Was fun actually, may have to grab this.
