LEGO City to get limited edition bundle

Nintendo has today announced that the upcoming Wii U exclusive LEGO City Undercover, developed by TT Games, will be available in a limited-edition software bundle which includes both the retail game and a LEGO minifigure of Chase McCain.

LEGO City Undercover launches across Europe on 28th March exclusively for Wii U.

In addition to the above, news of the prequel, LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins for the Nintendo 3DS, is also expected soon. We know little about the 3DS title, but expect it to follow the Wii U version in terms of many of its features.

While we wait for the release of the Wii U version and news on the 3DS version, here's chase.

Was really gutted that this was a Wii u exclusive as i think it looks AMAZING. Can take some consolation that the 3DS one is coming out, even though it wont be as good its better than not having anything at all.

Considering who is really buying (and playing these games) I hardly think having a LEGO figure as any enticement to buy the LE version! I liked LEGO as a kid and really enjoy the video versions now.

Not bothered, I just want the game. Doesn't seem much extra for a limited edition either, how big are lego people, a few centimetres?

They did the same for Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings; I want the games as cheap as possible, not some figure who'll be put to one side and lost! A LEGO game only on Wii U - that's an odd move...

If Shopto put this up at no extra cost then yay. It's not worth paying anything extra for however. Speaking of Limited Editions just got my Ni No Kuni Wizard's edition from Shopto. Breathtaking. One of the best Limited Editions I seen in a long time.
