Gaikai to use PS4 to stream demos

David Perry has announced that you'll be able to try PS4 games from the cloud straight from the PlayStation Store.

In addition to the above, you'll also be able to share video and share to Facebook. There will also be a new look dashboard to accommodate this.

As for non-gaming, players will be able to spectate other and even jump in and help. You'll also be able to broadcast your games using Ustream.

Perhaps even more exciting for PS Vita owners is that you'll now be able to use remote play to stream PS4 games to the handheld. Sony says that it's long term goal is to make every game playable on the PS Vita, while also allowing gamers to play live PS4 demos on the PS Vita too.

As you'd expect, service such as Netflix, LoveFilm and more will also be coming to PS4.

Did I hear correctly that you can gain control of a friends PS4 to help them out even if you are at a different location? If it is then this is ground breaking. Never thought anything like this would ever come to light. Can see my younger brother constantly wanting me to come back from losing positions for him on FIFA though lol

Yup exactly what they said. I also like the fact that you can see who all has the one game out of your mates, check who has completed it and will be able to ask them for help on the tougher puzzles and stuff. I doubt I'll use it much but would be happy to help anyone out.

Like the idea, but once again it's all down to internet speeds, or lack of in the case of a huge number of areas.

I'm going to have to see it to believe it. With the PS3 and the remote play on that and you could only play 3 or 4 games =/
