As much as I love Forza and their constant updates of DLC, my problem is the lack of updates since Horizon for Forza 4.

Does Forza Horizon also use the DLC model, that you don't pay to get the car, but the privileged to be able to buy the car from dealer?

I assume like 4, the privilege to buy the car with in game cash or microtransaction

I loved playing this at Eurogamer last year. I can see good things in Playground Games future.
