Drakenguard 3 announced for PS3 in Japan

Drakengard 3 is to be released for PlayStation 3 in Japan.

The news comes via Siliconera, who in turn got the news via Famitsu magazine. According to the information received, the game will be an action RPG with two lead characters.

Zero, the first character, has a special power called Utautai and flowers grow from her right eye. Zero's left hand is a prosthetic hand and she has a reckless personality. One is the exact opposite of her sister, who is serious in nature and an intellectual.

According to Siliconera, battles take place on the ground and in the air and both characters will be able to use music in order to activate their magical powers.

The team behind Square Enix the Drakengard series and Nier have joined forces to make the PlayStation 3 sequel, while Taro Yoko, the director on Nier and Drakengard will take up the same role on Drakenguard 3.

If it's still published by Square-Enix, a western release is almost certain.

Bring out your dead! Nah, I'm just kidding. This actually looks...dare I say it...good? The older ones were strange and unpopular, it's bizarre they decided to resurrect Drakenguard.

It was OK. A pretty button-mashy series if I remember right.

Drakenguard was meh. But Nier is EASILY one of the best titles this gen. (Aside from graphics which was kinda not good.) so I'm very excited about this.

Please describe the nature of the abuse:
