Last week's competition winners are ready to be announced, so let's get cracking.
Comment to Win Winners
This is always a tough competition for us to judge, but this week's winner is well deserved in my opinion. So a big congratulations to HappyNoodleBoy who wins 3000 shopto points for his ShopTo account.
Review of the Week Winners
Again a big thank you to all for taking the time and effort to write yet another top batch of reviews and I am glad to see a wide range of games from the disappointing Resident Evil 6, reboot of the classic SSX and the weird and wonderful Catherine getting some well-deserved review space plus a snappy Wipeout 2048 review that comes in at just 175 words. Speaking of word count, there was a little unrest in the comments section re the length of reviews, making many cut back and edit and I for one appreciate the limits as not mentioned but reason is that I have to read each entry, not easy when embargo deadlines are looming over my head and juggling my other life as Princess Peaches head of security.
With only one prize this week it was a very hard choice, with the prize of 10,000 points going to Gloria and the outstanding Sonic & All-stars Racing Transformed review and even after all that complaining about review length manages a punchy review for a game that was easily passed what with so many games released late last year but finally offering a decent rival to Mario's long standing reign of the Kart games and at under 19 GBP well worth if you are stuck for something to play.
Sadly no second prize this week but I will also note a worthy read is troublemaker's Dishonored review, nailing just why this was a hit and contender for game of 2012, if you have not played this game yet you have no idea what you are missing.
Joe will post another article later today detailing what is in store for this week, now I should get back to those reviews.
Next week's competition kicks off now, although we'll put a new post up soon so that you can confirm your entry.
