EA to release '11 major titles before March 2014'

EA says it is preparing for the next generation of games and will reveal all at this year's E3.

The publisher said during a financials call today that it'll reveal new titles from BioWare and DICE, along with games from EA Sports. There will also be demonstrations of the next-gen sports and Frostbite 3 engines.

Overall, the publisher says it'll release "11 major titles" across consoles and PC in its fiscal year 2014, which ends March 31, 2014.

"In fiscal 14 we will release 11 major titles across consoles and on the PC," said EA Labels president Frank Gibeau during the financials call today.

"This includes our core sports titles, Madden, FIFA, FIFA Manager, NBA Live, NHL and NCAA Football, as well as Need for Speed, Battlefield, Command & Conquer and from our partners at Insomniac, Fuse.

"You'll hear more about Frostbite 3 and our new sports engine," said Gibeau.

No new Star Wars game are expected to be released until late next year/2015.

11 titles and we have 10 confirmed ones, doesn't leave much left to choose from in their library of games. Dragon Age 3?

Star Wars games expected in 2015, not a good sign, even more sure they will be awful movie games now.

Mass Effect 4 maybe? I think that Bioware already gave a hint that they are working on new Mass Effect game.
