Real Boxing coming to PS Vita this August

Vivid Games has today announced Real Boxing will be heading to PlayStation Network across Europe this August for PlayStation Vita.

Real Boxing is powered by Unreal Engine 3 and will take players on a journey from amateur to pro in what the developer describes as "one of the most comprehensive sporting games ever delivered in a handheld."

Each boxer has been motion captured in the ring, meaning that with every punch, jab and uppercut will be portrayed in a realistic manner. Real-time deformation technology will also be used to potray cuts, bruises and broken bones.

Sounds a bit brutal.

This whole Playstation Mobile thing is really taking off for devs. Good on Sony for allowing it.

Don't think it's a PS Mobile release, sounds like a regular Vita digital title, which is preferable tbh. It'll be nice to have a proper portable boxing title at last if this turns out good.

Real boxing is an Android and iOS app. I assume this will be a port

If this isn't available for physical purchase then There is a 100% chance I won't buy it. The way the vita is set up, you can not waste precious memory of digital games.
