New paid content coming to 3DS via Street Pass

Nintendo has announced that it will begin to offer paid content for its popular Street Pass app on 3DS.

The new content comes in the shape of new shooter StreetPass Squad, a puzzler known as StreetPass Mansion, a new sim called StreetPass Garden and finally a strategy title named StreetPass Battle.

You'll be able to buy each of these titles for £4.49 or you can grab all four for £13.49. Players who want to download these games will also need to grab the latest firmware.

What do you think?

I know a few people who like the Streetpass games but they're not for me i'm afraid. I'm also guessing that this update is to combat the new "R4" type card that now works on the 3DS

Streetpass is great if you know other people with a 3DS, or live in an area where lots of people have them, sadly I don't, so although I'm happy to get the odd free in game object I can't justify shelling out for games based around it.

My thoughts are basically the same s gloria's. It's nice and all but no point until Nintendo make it easier to get streetpass hits. New free puzzles at least. I got one for Heroines, which I'm assuming will be Peach, Zelda and Samus. Others are reporting Dillon, Skyward Sword and Xenoblade
