Rockstar looking to hire programmer to bring its 'latest games to PC'

Rockstar Leeds, the studio that ported LA Noire to PC, has listed a job opening for a graphics programmer.

What's interesting is that before the ad was pulled, Rockstar Watch managed to note that the programmer is being hired in order "to help bring our latest titles to the PC platform."

There is no mention of which 'latest games' Rockstar could be talking about, but we wouldn't bet against the highly anticipated GTA V being one of them.

What do you think?

I would say it's a solid bet that they'll be working on a GTAV port. Maybe keep them on full time to have same day release for the next one?

Any bit of hope for PC release is good news, just wish it was sooner rather than later. Ubisoft has started releasing their games on PC on launch day same as consoles now, if only Rockstar could do the same.

did PC ever get RDR? I don't remember. I think they got L.A Noire and Max Payne 3 tho? (not that it's really any consolation since those were pretty poor but still.)

I don't think they got RDR. Shame, it's probably my favourite R* published game this gen

According to the advertisement, Red Dead Redemption is also getting ported to the PC, it also noted that the job would include working on next gen games too, so maybe a GTA V next gen console port is coming too.

Please describe the nature of the abuse:
