More to come from Borderlands 2, says Pitchford

Not had enough of Borderlands 2 yet? Well good, because in a recent episode of the Nerdist podcast, Gearbox head Randy Pitchford said the studio still has more to come.

"We are going to do more, we are going to do some other things. I don't have details exactly of it yet cause we're not ready to announce what the other things are," Pitchford said around the one hour, nine-minute mark [via]. "Gearbox has more stuff in the hopper that we're planning and getting pretty excited about. So if you are a Borderlands 2 fan, you don't have to be afraid that that's the end of it."

The latest DLC, Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep, was the fourth and final component of the Borderlands 2 season pass, so any new DLC will likely be need to be purchased separately.

Not even downloaded Tiny Tina yet, or completed any of the other DLC, probably shouldn't have bothered with the season pass, but the MS points were free.

Stop it! Just give us the Goatee edition so I can finally buy it!

Play Torgue, it's probably the most fun of the campaigns, Tiny Tina is also worth playing as it is a proper expansion with a real story.

Besides Borderlands and some Brothers in Arms has Gearbox ever made a good game? Granted they didn't even make most of the game with Aliens and Duke

Gearbox did the PS2 version of Half-Life yes, PC was by Valve though.

It was missing Valve :D one of the best developers and game companies ever in my opinion.

Valve are good. They lost a bit of my respect with the CS:GO fiasco though.

Valve didn't even make their own best game. Portal

Mods are the only thing that PC has over consoles to me since I don't really care about graphics

PC offers loads of advantages in my opinion, Cheaper games, much better sales and more often, customization (including controls and graphic options), more social, game chat is more active as everyone has a keyboard and almost every online PC game has in-game chat and voice over, plus you have choices for your own voice chat software with friends, steam workshop created content, much more free games, best indie support and greenlight, option to use Keyboard + mouse or controller, mods, and the list goes on.

So why are you on a predominantly console based website?

To read gaming news, I use most websites to get all the gaming news I can, Including IGN, Gamespot, GT, PC gamer, because I'm a gamer not a fanboy of a specific platform.

PC is the better experience no doubt but you have to play a lot more for it, consoles are just convenient

I'd rather sit infront of the TV with a controller tahn sit with a laptop on my knee and play, or make up a set up for my PC take up loads of room in my living room.

You can connect PC to a TV with HDMI too though, and a lot of steam games support big picture mode now that is meant to emulate like a console experience on a big TV

You can set up the TV to a keyboard and stuff too, but that's just uncomfortable sitting
