Saint's Row IV goes gold - gets new video; Season Pass plans revealed

Deep Silver has today revealed that Saint's Row IV has gone gold and to celebrate it's released a new video, as well as revealing details of the Season Pass.

Gamers can pre-order the season pass for the planned downloadable content now for EUR 9,99 / £ 7.99. The Season Pass for Saints Row IV will include two brand-new mission packs and the Season Pass-exclusive “Rectifier” anal probe weapon, which will help you, the President of the United States, get the ‘inside’ information from your enemies as you save Earth from a dangerous alien infestation.

Included in the Season Pass is the Director’s Cut of the previously announced “Enter the Dominatrix” DLC, a tongue-in-cheek vision of what this content was originally going to be like, along with a second mission pack coming in late 2013.

Season Passes will be available for purchase on all platforms and include upcoming add-on content worth more than EUR 15 / £ 12. Saints Row IV launches on current-gen consoles and PC on August 20th in North America and August 23rd in the rest of the world.

Here's the new video. Don't forget to pre-order below.

I'll wait until the GOTY Edition goes for 80% off on Steam with the Season Pass. It's time to vote with my wallet with this season pass rubbish.

One of the few season passes I'll happily pre-order. I don't like the practice, But I'd like to see SR4 called a success and Volition get the nod to make something equally crazy for PS4

I am actually surprised that the Season Pass only cost €9.99, when think on how many Games have €24.99 Season Pass.
